摘 要:采用球形载体Mg Cl_2·2.6C_2H_5OH与Ti Cl4制备了球形聚乙烯催化剂,并在催化剂中分别引入苯甲酸乙酯或苯甲酸乙酯/乙酸正辛酯给电子体,利用SEM和1H NMR等方法研究了不同酯类给电子体对催化剂物理结构、化学结构及聚合活性的影响。实验结果表明,含苯甲酸乙酯/乙酸正辛酯给电子体的催化剂的聚合活性较高。表征结果显示,乙酸正辛酯给电子体的长碳链结构可使催化剂具有丰富的孔道结构;大位阻的给电子体有利于提高催化剂中乙氧基团的比例,进而提高催化剂的聚合活性。A spherical catalyst was prepared from Mg Cl_2·2.6C_2H_5 OH spherical support and TiCl_4 by introducing electron donors,ethyl benzoate(EB) or/and n-octyl acetate(n-OAc). The effects of the ester electron donors on the structure and properties of the catalyst were investigated by means of SEM and 1H NMR. The results indicated that the activity of the catalyst with the EB/n-OAc electron donor was higher than that of the catalyst with EB. It was found that long chain structure in n-OAc could led to abundant pores in the spherical catalyst,and the electron donor with big steric hindrance was beneficial to increasing the content of alkoxy groups in the catalyst,which could improve its activity.
