摘  要:作为一种新型传感器,光纤光栅传感器因不受电磁干扰、信号传输可靠等优点在随钻测量中得到广泛应用。由于井下参数复杂且相互耦合,FBG传感器不可避免地会受其他参数的干扰,因此需要分析各种随机信号的特征,对所测参数进行正确的估计。在分析了井下温度、压力随机信号的特征后,建立了信号估计的模型。采用有限单元分析方法对检测的温度和压力二元关系进行相互影响分析;利用小波分析和Winner参数估计等方法对钻柱振动以及各种随机噪声干扰信号进行去噪平滑处理。在仿真模拟分析基础上,获得随钻测量井下光纤光栅传感器信号处理方法。应用结果表明,这些方法能够在复杂的井下环境条件下准确获取温度压力真实值。As a new type of sensor,fiber grating sensor has no electromagnetic interference,reliable signal transmission,thus it is widely used in the measurement while drilling. Since the underground parameters are complex and coupled to each other,FBG sensor would inevitably be affected by the other parameters,therefore it is necessary for analyzing features of the random signals,and detected parameters should be correctly estimated. After the analysis of the characteristics of downhole temperature and pressure random signals,the signal estimation model is set up. Detected mutual influence of the temperature and pressure is analyzed by using finite element analysis method. The drill string vibration and interference of various random noise are processed with wavelet analysis and Winner parameter estimation methods. On the basis of simulation analysis,the methods for signal process for the fiber grating sensors are obtained. The result indicates that these methods can be used for accurately achieve the actual parameters of temperature and pressure under the complex downhole conditions.
