湖南省四大区域经济板块协调发展研究

摘　　要：在洞庭湖生态经济区规划获得国家批复之后,湖南省形成了四大区域经济板块全覆盖格局。四大区域经济板块各具发展特色,区域经济呈现出良好的发展态势。但是,四大区域经济板块在发展中的不协调产生了诸多问题,如核心城市辐射效应小、发展差距明显等。湖南省要想形成区域经济板块协调发展的格局,必须进一步明确发展的总体思路,发挥四大区域经济板块的比较优势,错位发展;加强四大区域经济板块中心城市的经济效应,扩大影响;加强四大区域经济板块内各地方政府的沟通合作,打破常规;加强四大区域经济板块的对外联系,开放融合等。Hunan province has formed four regional economic plates after the plan of Donating-Lake ecological economic zone being approved by the state. The four regional economic plates have different development characteristics,and showing a good momentum. However,the four regional economic plates there are many problems in the disharmonious development,such as the small radiation effect of core city,the obvious development gap and so on. To form a coordinated development structure,Hunan province needs to further clarify the overall idea of the development in the opportunity of economic ＂new normal ＂ and use the comparative advantages of the four regional economic plates in differentiation development; Strengthen the economic effect of the central effect; strengthen communication and cooperation among local government of four regional economic plates to break the normal procedure; strengthen the external relations of the four regional economic plates wiith opening and melting and so on.
