摘 要:润滑脂在使用过程中,通常要加一些极压抗磨添加剂以提高其减摩抗磨性。氨基酰胺修饰的凹凸棒土润滑脂是一种新型的润滑脂,为推广其应用,非常有必要研究其对液体极压抗磨添加剂的感受性。针对这一问题,本文考察了氨基酰胺修饰的凹凸棒土制备的润滑脂对两种常见液体添加剂(Mo DDP和ZDDP)的感受性。研究结果表明添加Mo DDP和ZDDP后,氨基酰胺修饰的凹凸棒土制备的润滑脂的摩擦系数降低,承载能力由600 N提高至800 N,尤其是添加2.0%Mo DDP和0.6%ZDDP后,600 N时,磨损体积由14.0 mm3显著降低至6.0 mm3。说明氨基酰胺修饰的凹凸棒土脂对Mo DDP和ZDDP具有很好的感受性。In the process of using lubricating greases,extreme pressure-antiwear additives are usually added to improve their anti-wear and friction-reduction properties.The lubricating grease synthesized using the organ-attapulgite modified by the aminoacid amide is a new type grease.It is very necessary to investigate the sensitivity of the grease to the liquid extreme pressure-antiwear additives.This paper investigated the sensitivity of the attapulgitegreases synthesized using the organ-attapulgite modified by the aminoacid amide to the common liquid additives(MoDDP and ZDDP).The results show that after adding MoDDP and ZDDP,the friction coefficient of the grease was reduced and the load-carrying capacity of the base grease was significantly improved from 600 N to 800 N.Particularly,after adding 2.0 %MoDDP and 0.6 % ZDDP to the base grease, the wear volume effectively decreased from14.0 mm^3 to 6.0 mm^3.It indicates the attapulgite greases synthesized using he organ-attapulgite modified by the aminoacid amide has good sensitivity to Mo DDP and ZDDP.
