骨盆摇摆辅助干预促进初产妇分娩的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨产前骨盆摇摆运动对妊娠中、晚期孕妇分娩结局的影响。方法选取2014年1月-2015年5月门诊收治的180例排除运动禁忌并有阴道分娩意向的初产妇,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各90例。对照组给予常规产前检查和健康指导,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予个性化运动指导,主要为每日进行骨盆摇摆运动,2min/次,10次/d。比较2组分娩时胎先露高度、孕妇体质量、新生儿出生体质量、分娩方式和出血量、各个产程和总产程所需时间、产后焦虑评分。结果 1观察组胎先露高度低于对照组,孕妇产前体质量以及新生儿出生体质量均低于对照组。2观察组自然分娩率明显高于对照组,出血量少于对照组。3观察组自然分娩者第一产程和总产程时间均明显短于对照组。4观察组焦虑评分低于对照组。结论产前骨盆摇摆运动可以提高自然分娩率,促进母婴健康。Objective To explore the impact of prenatal pelvic rocking motion at the middle and late stage of pregnancy on the delivery of pregnant women.Methods Totally 180 pregnant women with the intention of vaginal delivery were divided into a control group and an observation group,each of 90,according to a random number table.Both groups were given routine prenatal examinations and health guidance,while the observation group was additionally provided with individualized exercise instruction,20-minute daily pelvic rocking motion a day finished in 10 times.The height of fetal presentation in delivery,antenatal maternal weight,birth weight,mode of delivery and maternal bleeding,various stage-labor and total labor time and postpartum anxiety were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The fetal presentation height,antenatal maternal weight,birth weight,the maternal bleeding and the average anxiety score of the observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group.The natural childbirth rate of the former was significantly higher than that in the control group.The time of first-stage labor and total labor of women with natural delivery in the observation group were significantly shorter than that in the control group.Conclusion Prenatal pelvic rocking motion can raise natural childbirth rate,as well as promote health of maternal and child.
