补肾益智汤对儿童多发性抽动症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:通过对肾虚肝亢型儿童多发性抽动症患儿的临床观察,客观评价补肾益智汤的临床疗效及安全性,同时分析该汤剂的作用原理,为中医药治疗儿童多发性抽动症提供一些新思路。方法:选取本院儿科门诊符合肾虚肝亢型多发性抽动症诊断标准的40例患儿,给予中药补肾益智汤治疗,比较患儿治疗前后中医证候评分及安全性指标的变化,评价其治疗效果。结果:(1)疗效评定:临床痊愈5例,显效16例,有效16例,无效3例,愈显率52.5%,总有效率92.5%。(2)患儿治疗前后的中医证候评分(挤眉眨眼、耸肩摇头、肢体震颤)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(3)显效以上患儿在疗程完成时与随访3个月后的中医证候评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(4)所有患儿经临床观察均未出现不良反应事件。结论:补肾益智汤能有效缓解抽动症患儿的抽动次数、强度、频率及抽动的复杂性等,一些相关体征也相应减少或消失;且该中药安全性高,无毒副反应,在防止儿童抽动障碍复发方面具有一定优势,适合临床广泛推广。Objective：To observe the type of kidney deficiency and excessive rising of liver tourette syndrome in children,and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Bushen Yizhi Decoction,at the same time to analyze the action principle of the decoction,and provide some new ideas for treating children tourette syndrome using traditional Chinese medicine.Method：A total of 40 cases of kidney deficiency and excessive rising of liver tourette syndrome were selected in our hospital,and given Bushen Yizhi Decoction treatment. before and after treatment The children with TCM syndrome score changes were compared and the therapeutic effects and safety indicators were evaluated.Result：（1）The therapeutic effect：clinical recovery in 5 cases,16 cases had marked effect,effectively in 16 cases,3 cases had no effect,the markedly effective rate was 52.5%,total effective rate was 92.5%.（2）The TCM syndrome score of children（squeeze the eyebrow blink,shrug shoulders and shook head,body tremors） were compared before and after treatment,had significant differences（P〈0.01）.（3）In the course of treatment completed and after 3 months follow-up,the TCM syndrome score of the cases of above markedly effective were compared,there were no differences（P〉0.05）.（4）All children with no adverse events occurred by clinical observation.Conclusion：Bushen Yizhi Decoction can effectively alleviate the twitch of children with tourette syndrome frequency,intensity,frequency and complexity of twitch,some relevant signs also reduce or disappear.Accordingly,the herbal medicine high safety,non-toxic side effects,has a certain advantage in preventing the recurrence of tic disorders in children,is suitable for clinical widely.
