摘 要:直流配电网因其控制灵活、电能质量好、便于分布式电源接入等优点,成为国内外技术发展的一个重要方向和研究的热点。然而,直流配电网故障特征与交流系统相比存在本质差异,已有交流系统保护技术难以直接应用于直流配电网。同时,由于直流换流设备耐受过流能力弱及故障恢复控制措施相对复杂,对实现快速准确故障检测、故障定位及有选择隔离故障区域提出了更高的要求。因此保护技术已成为直流配电网亟需突破的关键技术之一。论文在给出直流配电网拓扑的基础上,通过分析直流配电网故障发生、故障检测、故障定位与故障隔离的过程,明确了直流配电网保护中故障检测与故障定位是两个关键问题,并探讨了这个问题的技术难点,重点评述了直流配电网故障检测和故障定位方法,剖析了已有研究存在的主要问题,展望了未来发展方向,以期为后续研究奠定基础。DC distribution network has been gained increasingly interests due to its flexible control,excellent power quality,and capability to integrate distributed generators and DC loads. However,the fault characteristics of DC networks are different in nature as compared with AC power networks. The protection technology of an AC network is hard to be directly applied into the DC distribution network. Besides,the over-current capability of DC converters is weak and the restoration control is relatively complicated,which presents higher requirements for fast and accurate fault identification,location and isolation. Therefore,the protection technology becomes one of key technologies for developing DC distribution network. In this paper,the topology of DC distribution network is discussed by analyzing the fault occurrence,identification,location and isolation. The fault identification and location are considered as the key issues in DC distribution network protection. On the basis of this,the main points and difficulties of the protection technology are analyzed. The state of the art of fault identification and location in DC distribution network is evaluated and the technology perspective is investigated as well.
