民间社会组织运作的“合法性机制”研究——以王村的“三太白会社”为例

摘　　要："合法性机制"是新制度主义理论最为重要的机制,也是社会学理论的核心概念之一。面对当前我国大量民间组织的"非法性"存在,王村的"三太白会社"却能够通过社团之神祇历史合法性的编造、社团组织结构合法性的安排、社团活动仪式化象征的合法性取向、社团功能之合法性形塑等策略,实现其运作的"合法性机制"。基于中国社会当前合法性秩序是传统和现代、新生和既存、不同场域、不同时空的多向叠加和整合的共同形塑,民间社会组织的合法性建构将主要通过国家与社会组织良性互动关系的形成、国家对社会组织治理术的调整和反思、社会组织自身权威结构的尊严性确立、社会公共性形塑和公民社会的培育等多维度、多时空、多场域下的不同社会组织运作实践和对不同生存环境的智慧型选择来实现。＂Legitimacy mechanism＂ is the most important mechanism of the new system theory, and it is one of the core concepts of sociological theory. With the current ＂illegal＂ existence of a large number of civil society organizations, ＂Three Taibai Club＂ in Wangcun village was able to invent gods by associations of historical legitimacy, the legitimacy of arrangements for community organization, community activities ritualized symbolic legitimacy orientation, and legality shaping society functions at other strategies to achieve ＂legitimacy mechanism＂ of its operations. China is currently the legitimacy of the social order based on traditional and modern, newborn and existing, multi-directional stacking and integration of common shape in different field and from different time. Construction of the legitimacy of civil society organizations will be mainly through the formation benign interaction between state and social organizations, the adjustment and reflection of countries＇ social organization and governance, the establishment of the dignity of the social organizations＇ authority structure, social public shap＇e and civil society cultivation with multi dimension, multi temporal, multi field under different social organization operation practice and to different living environment intelligent choice.
