摘　　要：基于OpenStack开源云计算平台,采用AR模型作为自适应资源构建的模型,构建了一个网络影视服务的云计算平台。该平台能根据预测负载压力弹性地分配计算资源,满足视频点播、在线观看、在线转码等不同的资源需求,实现资源的弹性构建和高效用比。在应用方面,该网络影视服务平台不仅可以成为面向包括在线视频教学、网络影视点播的示范系统,也可作为网络的示范应用系统。With the rapid development of cloud computing,cloud computing can provide high utility ratio and resource facing users＇ need.The networking video service is becoming one of the hot utilities of Internet and has more and more users,so the resource allocation and maintenance are becoming more complex.Cloud computing,which provides high security,high elastic resource allocation and lower hardware requirements,can satisfy quickly the resource construction for every field.Based on OpenStack open source community,an elastic and high utility ratio networking video cloud computing platform was constructed,which can allocate elastic resources flexibly for load predication,meeting different needs from video on demand,video watching online and video transcode online.Meanwhile,it＇s a platform not only for online education video and online video service,but also for open networking video service,Internet applications,etc.
