开放式工程训练与OBE教学模式探索

摘　　要：简述了工程训练开放是现代工程发展、创新人才培养的需要,通过工程训练模块化教学、共性与个性相结合、选修与竞赛等方式,实现了工程训练时间、训练内容和空间的开放。通过引入OBE工程教育模式,探索以学习产出为导向的工程训练,扩大学生工程训练的自由度与受益面,培养学生创新能力和意识。This paper briefly describes that the engineering training opening is the need of modern engineering development and the innovation talent training,through the engineering training modular teaching,the combination of universality and individuality,elective way and competition,etc.,the engineering training time,training content and open space have been realized.Introduction of OBE engineering education mode,The OBE（outcomes based education）has been explored in engineering training,the students＇ engineering training of freedom and benefitted range have been enlarged,and the students＇ innovative ability and consciousness are cultivated.
