摘　　要：加强高校设备档案管理对提高高校资产使用效能及顺利通过基础建设项目验收具有重大意义。该文以北京理工大学某重点学科基础建设项目的设备仪器档案管理验收结果为例,分析了在这一领域中存在的主要问题,并提出改进的建议。It is of great significance to strengthen the management of university equipment archives for increasing the usage efficiency of university assets and successfully passing the fundamental construction project check-acceptance.Based on the equipment archives management of the key subject＇s foundational projects in Beijing Institute of Technology,this paper analyzes the main existing problems in the subject field and puts forward the improvement suggestions.
