罗非鱼胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)的生物信息学分析

摘  要:为进一步研究罗非鱼胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)的生物学特征,根据NCBI上登录的尼罗罗非鱼的IGF-Ⅰ氨基酸序列,利用相关的软件对其进行生物信息学分析。结果显示,罗非鱼IGF-Ⅰ蛋白含有182个氨基酸,pI为9.65,脂溶指数为51.98,是不稳定的脂溶性亲水蛋白。二级结构中,60.99%为环,31.32%为螺旋。IGF-Ⅰ蛋白具有信号肽,含有4个二硫键,具有一个跨膜区。IGF-Ⅰ蛋白具有13个磷酸化、16个糖基化和12个泛素化等蛋白质翻译后修饰位点。In order to study the biological characteristics of IGF-Ⅰin tilapia,bioinformatics were analyzed using biology softwares,according to amino acid sequence of tilapia IGF-Ⅰfrom NCBI.IGF-Ⅰof tilapia was composed of 182 amino acid residues.The theoretical Pi and aliphatic index was 9.65 and 51.98,respectively.IGF-Ⅰwas basic,fat-soluble and unstable protein.There were 60.99%loop and 31.32%in IGF-Ⅰ secondary structure.There were a signal peptide and four disulfide bonds in IGF-Ⅰ.It had one transmembrane.There were some post-translation modified sites in IGF-Ⅰ,including 16O-glycosylation site,13 phosphorylation sites and 12 ubiquitination sites.
