摘　　要：减量化是"3R"中的第一原则,然而在长期的经济发展和社会生活进程中,这一原则往往被忽略。在再利用和可回收的光环之下,大量社会资源被不恰当使用,造成了巨大浪费,不利于现代社会的可持续发展。提出需对减量化原则高度重视,并结合我国勤俭节约的光荣传统,对于经济社会资源的减量化应用提出相关建议。In the long-term economic development and social life process, the reduction principle is often overlooked in comparison to reuse and recycling principle although it＇s the primary one among the ＂3R＂ principle. Tremendous waste caused by improper use of social resources, is not conducive to the sustainable development of modern society, A new further understanding and cognition is suggested and some advice on application of reduction of social resources are listed in this paper inheriting the glorious tradition and developing excellent working styles of thrift and diligent.
