中草药对急性肺损伤的保护机制研究进展

摘　　要：急性肺损伤/呼吸窘迫综合症(acute lung injury/acute respiratory distress syndrome,ALI/ARDS)是一种致死率较高的疾病,并且尚无特效的治疗方案和药物。传统的中草药,除对心血管系统疾病、癌症、肥胖和预防衰老均有较好疗效以外,对ALI/ARDS也具有明显的治疗效果,如白藜芦醇、丹参酮、红景天、苦参等。传统的中草药在实验中和临床中均表现出对ALI/ARDS良好的治疗作用,文中对白藜芦醇、丹参酮Ⅱ-A、红景天、苦参、小檗碱对ALI/ARDS的保护作用及相关机制作一综述。There has been no specific therapeutic measures for acute lung injury / acute respiratory distress syndrome（ ALI/ARDS）,a disease of high fatality rate. Besides having good curative effects for the cardiovascular system diseases,cancer,obesity and preventing aging,traditional Chinese herbal medicines also have obvious therapeutic effects on ALI / ARDS. In this paper,we summarizes the protection and the underlying mechanisms of traditional Chinese herbal medicines on ALI / ARDS.
