Process Parameters Optimization of Pellet Preparation of Blast Furnace Gas Lime from a Iron and Steel Plant in Panzhihua

摘  要:用聚乙烯醇(PVA)作攀枝花某钢铁厂高炉瓦斯泥造球黏结剂,研究并优化瓦斯泥造球工艺参数。结果表明,制样10 min的瓦斯泥造球粉料较好,球团落下次数最高工艺条件:PVA浓度为0.4%,造球加水量为1/30,成球压力8 MPa。该工艺条件下得到生球和干球团落下次数分别为12.5次/个和22.5次/个,抗压强度分别为52.3 N/个和136.4 N/个,干球耐磨指数为1.59%,干球转鼓指数为97.87%,符合竖炉直接还原入炉球团的要求。With polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) as pellet binding agent of the blast furnace gas mud of a Iron and Steel Plant in Panzhihua, the pelletizing process parameters of blast furnace gas mud are investigated and optimized. The results show that the sample prepared in 10 min is better, and the process condition for achieving the maximum shatter number of the green pellets is 0.4% PVA, 1/30 water, 8 MPa pressure. Theshatter number of 12.5 and 22.5 times per pellet, and the compressive strength of 52.3 and 136.4 N per pellet for the green pellet and dried pellet are achieved, respectively, and the abrasion resistance index and drum index of the dried pellets is 1.59% and 97.87%, respectively, under the optimal process condition. The result is consonant with the requirements of pellet preparation process for shaft furnace direct reduction.
