摘 要:采用9,9-双(4-氨基苯基)芴(BAF)和4,4’-二氨基二苯醚(ODA)为二胺单体,分别与4,4’-二苯醚四酸二酐(ODPA)、3,3’,4,4’-二苯甲酮四酸二酐(BTDA)、六氟二酐(6FDA)、均苯四甲酸酐(PMDA)、3,3’,4,4’-联苯四酸二酐(BPDA)和1,2,3,4-环丁烷四甲酸二酐(CBDA)合成得到共聚聚酰胺酸(PAA)溶液,再通过化学亚胺化得到共聚聚酰亚胺(CPI)。采用FTIR、XRD、DSC和溶解性测试对CPI的结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明:这些共聚聚酰亚胺均表现为无定型结构。刚性大体积芴基和柔性醚键的同时引入使得双胺芴基共聚聚酰亚胺具有良好的溶解性,可溶解于DMAc、NMP等非质子强极性溶剂,且玻璃化转变温度均超过300℃。Two kinds of diamine monomer, which were 9,9-bis(4-aminophenyl)fluorine(BAF) and 4'4-diaminodiphenyl ether(ODA), were used to react with six kinds of dianhydrides respectively, which were 4,4'-oxydiphthalic dianhydride(ODPA), 3,3',4,4'-benzophenonetetracarboxylic dianhydride(BTDA), 4,4'-(hexafluoroisopropylidene) diphthalic anhydride(6FDA), pyromellitic dianhydride(PMDA), 3,3',4,4'-biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride(BPDA), 1,2,3,4-cyclobutanetetracarboxylic dianhydride(CBDA), and polyamide acide solutions were sythesized, and then a series of copolyimides were prepared through chemical imidization process. The chemical structures and properties of the copolyimides were characterized by FT-IR,XRD, DSC, and solubility test. The results show that these copolyimides have amorphous structure. Due to the introduction of rigid and bulky fluorenyl and flexible ether linkage, these copolyimides have good solubility, which can solve in the aprotic polar solvent such as DMAc, NMP, etc, and their glass transition temperature is above 300 ℃.
