基于等级划分的我国区域创新能力差异分析

摘　　要：近年来,我国不断加强创新引导,创新能力显著提升,但区域创新能力发展不均衡的现象依然存在。针对这一问题,建立面板聚类模型,以区域创新能力评价指标体系为标准,将我国内地31个省区划分为3类,并深入分析了3类区域创新能力发展的差异性。研究发现,我国创新能力领先区域与追随区域创新能力较高,并呈现出不同的创新发展路径;创新能力后进区域在促进创新能力提升时不能盲目模仿,应根据区域创新发展特点,因地制宜地制定创新发展战略。In recent years,China continuously strengthens guidance of innovation,which results in a significant rise of its innovation capacity.However the unbalanced phenomenon of regional innovation capability still exist.In order to solve this problem,this paper established a panel clustering model,based on the evaluation index system of regional innovation capability,China＇s 31 provinces are divided into three regions.Then we analyzed the differences of three regions＇ innovation capability.The research results show that the innovation capability of China＇s leading region and following region at a high level,but they have different paths of innovation development.Thus the lagging region should make a targeted development strategy according to the characteristics of local conditions,instead of blind imitation.
