摘 要:针对煤炭传统开采工艺存在的矸石无效运输、地面环境污染和地表沉陷等突出问题,以实现矿井清洁生产、建设绿色矿山为目标,在新巨龙公司大型矿井的煤源、煤质分析的基础上,创新性地将重介浅槽工艺应用于煤矿井下,设计了千万吨级煤矸分离系统,并针对性的进行了巷道布置,实现了矸石不升井,取得了良好的效益。Aiming at the prominent problems such as ineffective traffic of gangue, environmental pollution and ground subsidence in coal mine with traditional mining technology, the technology of dense medium shallow groove is applied in large-scale coal mine of Xinjulong company, based on the analysis of coal source and quality, the coal-gangue separation system is designed for the lO-million-ton coal mine and the roadway is arranged accordingly, realizing non-gangue lifting. The system has achieved favorable benefit in field application.
