摘  要:针对深部高应力煤与瓦斯突出区域进行钻孔施工时易发生钻孔喷孔现象,导致瓦斯超限和水煤粉伤人等问题,分析了打钻喷孔发生机理,提出了改进钻进工艺、增加巷道供风量、优化瓦斯喷出缓冲装置、提高钻孔抽采负压等综合防喷孔措施,结果表明:喷孔程度从初始的一次性最大5t煤水混合物,控制到间歇性的60kg煤渣;回风流瓦斯浓度从原来的1.5%,控制在0.7%以下,杜绝了瓦斯超限事故。Aiming at the gas blow- out from drilling hole during drilling construction in deep coal and gas outburst seam under high ground stress,resulting in gas overrun and personnel injury,the paper analyzes the mechanism of gas blow-out from drilling hole,and proposes the comprehensive prevention measures including drilling technology improvement,roadway air- supply enhancement,the buffering device optimization for gas blow- out,and drainage pressure increment,results show that: the gas blow- out has been effectively controlled,with the maximum blow- out amount reduced from 5t coal water mixture for one time,to intermittent flow of 60 kg coal cinder; the gas overrun is fundamentally avoided,with gas concentration in return air flow controlled below 0. 7%,from the previous 1. 5%.
