摘　　要：通过对煤矿"三违"成因及管理现状的研究分析,从预防机制、控制机制、奖惩机制、帮教机制四个方面入手,提出了"4机6先7关"的"三违"闭环防控模式,建立了煤矿"三违"认定标准,系统研究了"三违"防控的技术方法和流程,为构建"三违"防控长效机制提供了一种新的思路。The paper analyzed the management situation of ＂three violation＂, established closed- loop prevention-control mode of the ＂four- mechanisms,six- previous and seven- cards＂based on the mechanisms of prevention,control,reward- punishment and help. The judging standard of＂three violation＂in coal mine was set up,and the＂three violation＂prevention- control techniques and process are studied,so as to provide a new conception to establish the long- term mechanism of the ＂three violation＂prevention and control in coal mine.
