摘 要:针对铅芯橡胶隔震支座进行了各项基本力学性能和极限性能试验研究。采用三个不同厂家按同种规格生产的LRB支座,通过竖向轴压和水平剪切试验检验支座的各项基本力学性能、压力和剪切变形相关性,试验结果表明,支座的基本性能良好,相关性能稳定。进一步对支座进行了水平极限剪切变形试验,并对比了极限变形前后支座的基本力学性能。试验中A、B和C三个支座均达到水平剪切变形400%未出现破坏,其中C支座最大水平变形达到支座的±500%未出现破坏。各支座在极限变形后的力学性能保持稳定,未出现异常。An experimental study of lead rubber bearing was provided to analyze its mechanical characteristics, especially the dependence and ultimate shear properties. Three bearings were produced according to the same design specification by three different manufacturers. In this paper, various characteristics and dependence properties obtained by vertical compression test and horizontal shear deformation test showed that the bearings have good properties. In the following ultimate shear strain test, all of the three bearings A, B and C were not broken with large shear strain 400% , and the uhimate shear strain of bearing C exceeded ±500%. The stable capacities of these bearings were shown by the comparison of their basic mechanical characteristics of bearings before and after the ultimate shear strain test.
