基于ISM的建筑工人安全意识影响因素

摘　　要：建筑工人的安全意识发展受多方面因素的共同影响,为研究各方面影响因素的内在关联及其对建筑工人安全意识的影响过程,本文基于已有研究成果,构建建筑工人安全意识影响因素体系。根据影响因素体系设计调查表,选取15名具有5年以上施工安全管理经验的项目安全管理人员参与调查,确定了体系中13个因素间的相互影响关系。利用解释结构模型(ISM)方法对各因素间的相互影响关系进行进一步分析,得到建筑工人安全意识影响因素的五级层次结构模型。根据层次结构模型构建出建筑工人安全意识影响因素的解释结构模型,将模型中各因素对建筑工人安全意识的影响路径组合划分为不良心理型、环境影响型、安全教育型和安全宣传型四类,并提出了改进方法,为建筑工人安全意识促进措施的制定提供参考。The development of construction workers＇ safety awareness is affected by the combined impact of various factors. To study the internal relation and the influencing process of construction workers＇ safety awareness of various factors,the paper constituted the influencing factor system on construction workers＇ safety awareness based on the results of primary research. On the basis of the influencing factor system,the paper designed a questionnaire and conducted a survey of 15 safety managers with over five years safety management experiencein construction projects. The investigation determined the interactional relationship among the 13 factors in the system. The interpretive structural model（ ISM） method was adopted to further analyze the interactional relationship of 13 factors in the systemand a 5-layer hierarchal structure model was established. An interpretive structural model of construction workers ＇ safety awareness was constructed in accordance with the 5-layer hierarchal structure model. Through the discussion of the interpretive structural model of construction workers＇ safety awareness,the paper classified the 13 influencing factors of construction workers＇ safety awareness into four impact types： adverse psychological type,environmental impact type,safety education type and safety propaganda type and put forward the improving methods. The results of the study are expected to provide a reference for working out measures to improve construction workers＇ safety awareness.
