摘　　要：目的:研究"筋骨调衡"结合经筋疗法对椎动脉型颈椎病患者角度肌张力与症状功能评分的影响。方法:采集60例椎动脉型颈椎病患者治疗前及治疗10次后症状学评分指标,同时使用TBed系统检测后表线角度肌张力指标,采用Spearman相关性分析软件将两者进行相关性分析。结果:治疗前后脊柱对称性指标的变化值与症状评分改善值呈直线相关关系。结论:治疗前后后表线角度肌张力与患者临床症状变化具有显著相关性,可以客观阐明脊柱的功能状态和病情恢复程度。Objective： To explore Influence of ＂]ingjin and bone balance regulating＂ on the angle of muscle tension and the quantified clinical manifestation in cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type （CSA） patients. Methods： The 60 CSA patients were selected. Statistic correlation study was conducted between the angle of muscle tension index and symptom score indexes with TBed system before and after 10 times of ＂Jingjin and bone balance regula-ting＂ and meridian sinew therapys by Spearman. Results： There is significant linear correla- tion between the quantified indexes of clinical manifestation and the angle of muscle tension indexes before and after the treatment. Conclusion： It is significant correlation between the quantified indexes of clinical manifestation and the angle of muscle tension indexes. The study proves that angle of muscle tension indexes can objectively elucidate the spinal function and state of recovery.
