除风益损方防治白内障超声乳化术后并发症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨除风益损方防治白内障超声乳化术后并发症的临床疗效。方法:选择白内障超声乳化术后患者64例为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组各32例。两组患者均接受超声乳化手术治疗,患者术前术后给予相同的常规抗炎治疗,治疗组在此基础上术后给予除风益损方。经治疗后,观察比较两组前房反应以及视力改善情况,并进行随访,分析比较并发症的发生状况。结果:治疗组愈显率为78.1%,总有效率为93.8%,对照组分别为43.7%、68.7%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组Log Mar视力值术后均呈不断降低趋势(P<0.05),组间术后不同时间点比较中,治疗组Log Mar视力值均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组平均前房反应评分和前房反应消失时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后并发症发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:除风益损方防治白内障超声乳化术后并发症疗效确切,能够有效改善患者术后前房反应,促进患者术后视力恢复。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Chufeng Yisun Fang on complications after cataract phaeo. Methods： The 64 Cataraet patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, 32 in each. Patients were given phaco surgery with the same routine anti-inflammatory treatment postoperatively in two groups. Based on this, patients were given Chufeng Yisun Fang in treatment group. After treatment, the anterior chamber reaction and the vision were observed in the two groups, and the occurrence of complications were an- alyzed by follow-up. Results： The markedly effective rate was 78.1%, total effective rate was 93.8% in the treatment group, and respectively 43.7% and 68.7% in control group. The treatment group showed better efficacy than the control group （P〈0.05）. The LogMar values showed trends to decrease after treatment in two groups （P〈 0.05）, and the treatment group showed lower LogMar values than the control group at different times （P〈0.05）; After treatment, the treatment group showed lower average anterior chamber reaction rate and disappearance of the anterior chamber reaction time than the control group （P〈0.05）; The complication rate after treatment of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The application of Chufeng Yisun Fang in patients with complications after cataract phaco is curative effect, which can effectively improve the postoperative patients with anterior chamber reaction and promote the patients postoperative visual acuity.
