地奈德乳膏联合多润皮肤护理剂治疗慢性湿疹的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察地奈德乳膏联合多润皮肤护理剂治疗慢性湿疹的疗效。方法将78例门诊就诊的慢性湿疹患者简单随机抽样分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组42例外用地奈德乳膏(重庆华邦制药有限公司)和多润皮肤护理剂(济南蓝科医学工程有限公司),每天各2次,对照组36例外用地奈德乳膏,2次/d,2组均使用4周。治疗前后对部位、症状及皮损面积的总积分按EASI评分进行评价。治疗过程中观察并记录药物的不良反应。2个月后对治愈的患者进行复发率的随访。结果治疗组42例中痊愈28例,显效10例;对照组36例中痊愈15例,显效9例,2组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.759,P<0.05)。对治愈病例2个月后随访复发率,治疗组28例治愈中有2例复发,复发率为7.1%,对照组15例治愈中有5例复发,复发率为33.3%,2组复发率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组均未见明显不良反应。结论地奈德乳膏联合多润皮肤护理剂治疗慢性湿疹有较好疗效,安全性较高。Objective To evaluate the curative effect of desonide cream combined with Multi embellish skin care agent for chronic eczema. Methods Seventy-eight patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Forty- two cases in treatment group were treated with desonide cream and Multi embellish skin care agent, each twice a day. Thir- ty-six cases in control group were trated with desonide cream, twice a day, two groups are using 4 weeks. Before and after treatment, the total score of the site, symptoms and skin lesions were evaluated according to EASI score. Adverse drug re- actions were observed and recorded during the course of treatment. The recurrence rate of cured cases was assessed after 2 months. Results In the treatment group of 42 cases, 28 cases were cured, 10 cases had marked effect; In the Control group of 36 cases, 15 cases were cured,9 cases had marked effect. Two groups of curative effect comparison difference was statistically significant （ Z = - 2.759, P 〈 0.05 ）. The recurrence rate of cured cases was assessed after 2 months, In treat- ment group of 28 cases,2 cases of recurrence,the recurrence rate was 7.1%. In the control group of 15 cases,5 cases of recurrence, the recurrence rate was 33.3%. The recurrence rates in the two groups had statistically significant difference （ the use of Fisher＇ s exact probability method ,P 〈 0.05 ）. There were no obvious adverse reaction in two groups. Conclu- sion Desonide cream combined with Muhi embellish skin care agent in the treatment of chronic eczema has better cura- tive effect and high safety.
