电话随访对银屑病患者出院后遵医行为及疾病复发的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨电话随访对银屑病患者出院后遵医行为及银屑病复发的影响。方法将200例出院的银屑病患者随机分成观察组与对照组,各100例。对照组给予常规出院宣教,观察组在实施常规出院宣教的基础上进行专人电话随访。随访24个月后比较2组患者遵医行为及银屑病复发情况。结果观察组遵医行为明显优于对照组(P<0.05),银屑病复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电话随访能有效提高银屑病患者出院后的遵医行为,有效降低银屑病的复发率。Objective To explore the effect to the recurrence rate and the post-discharge treatment compliance of the telephone follow-up in patients with psoriasis.Methods Patients with psoriasis in the number of 200 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group with 100 patients were treated with routing nusing for discharge,and the treatment group of 100 patients were treated with the telephone follow-up besides routing nusing.To compare the recurrence rates and the post-discharge treatment compliance between these two groups after 24 months.Results The post-discharge treatment compliance of the reatment group was better than the control group.The recurrence rate of the reatment group was lower than he control group（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion The telephone follow-up can improve the post-discharge treatment compliance and lower the recurrence rate of psoriasis.
