摘  要:以双酚A环氧丙烯酸酯为预聚物,制备了液态UV固化树脂,并将石墨烯分散于液态UV固化树脂中,研究了石墨烯对树脂性能的改进,同时与炭黑改性树脂进行了平行对比。结果表明:透射电镜观察到质量分数为0.025%的炭黑在液态UV固化树脂中发生团聚,炭黑改性后树脂拉伸强度下降了32.8%,弯曲模量下降了46.88%,改性效果差;而透射电镜显示石墨烯在液态UV固化树脂中的分散效果较好,经石墨烯改性后的UV固化树脂拉伸强度提高了8.39%,弯曲模量下降了46.79%,表明石墨烯对液态UV固化树脂具有增强增韧的作用。In this paper, a graphene was dispersed in the liquid UV curable resin which was mainly composed of bisphenol A epoxy acrylate as prepolymer. The properties of the gra- phene modified resin were investigated as compared with that of carbon black modified resin. The TEM indicated that carbon black ( the mass fraction was 0. 025% ) formed agglomerate structure in the liquid UV curable resin. After modified by carbon black, the tensile strength of UV curing resin was decreased by 32. 8% and the flexural modulus was decreased by 46. 88%, indicating that the carbon black had the negative effect on the liquid UV curable res- in. However, the graphene was well dispersed in UV curable resin, which was observed by TEM. After modified by graphene, the tensile strength of UV curing resin was increased by 8.39%, and the flexural modulus was decreased by 46.79%, indicating that the graphene had the good toughening and reinforcing effects on the liquid UV curable resin.
