里葆多致乳腺癌术后化疗患者手足综合征的观察和护理

摘　　要：总结了30例乳腺癌患者术后使用盐酸多柔吡星脂质体(里葆多)辅助化疗所致手足综合征的护理体会,主要措施包括:用药前宣教、用药后的预防及出现手足综合征后的心理、生活及用药护理。认为在临床护理实践中,加强患者健康教育,及时发现和处理里葆多所致手足综合征,可避免和减少药物严重副作用,从而提高治疗效果和患者的生活质量。The present study summed up the nursing experience of hand foot syndrome （HFS） caused by the doxorubicin liposome in the adjuvant chemotherapy of 30 breast cancer patients. Main strategies included education prior to medication, Prevention after using medication and mental nursing, daily nursing and medicine nursing when the HFS occur. We concluded iVs critical to strengthen the health education and detect the hand-foot syndrome in nursing practice as early as possible. Through avoiding and reducing the side effect of such drugs, patients＂ treatment effeteness and quality of life may be improved.
