摘 要:目的探讨精神压力与学生学习成绩的关系,为促进青少年身心健康发展提供科学依据。方法随机整群抽取辽宁省7个地级市初中生、高中生、大学生20 711名进行问卷调查。精神压力指标包括缺乏安全感、孤独感、学习压力、失眠、打算出走、尝试出走、离家出走7项。结果 7项精神压力指标,男生不同学习成绩间只有缺乏安全感差异无统计学意义(P=0.41),其他6项差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01);女生则是7项的差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01),且均为学习成绩差者报告率最高。打算出走和尝试出走与学习成绩之间呈正相关(P值均<0.05),随着学习成绩的逐步下降,报告率逐步上升。结论学生精神压力与学习成绩之间存在关联,应重点关注学习成绩差的学生的心理健康状况。Objective To investigate the influence of psychological stress on academic achievement( AA) among students,in order to provide scientific basis for students mental health promotion. Methods A total of 25 710 students aged 12 to 23 years old were investigated with questionnaires. The 7 indicators of psychological stress included lack of security, loneliness, academic pressure, insomnia, runaway planning, runaway attempt, and runaway history. Results For male students, psychological stress correlated with academic achievement except lack of security( P〈0.01). For female, all the 7 indices correlated with academic achievement( P〈0.01). In general, for male, highest report rate of psychological stress were found among low academic achievement male students and in lowest and second lowest quintiles of AA among female students. For both male and female students, there was a significant correlation between runaway planning and runaway history with AA. Conclusion Psychological stress is closely related with academic achievement.
