武汉市托幼机构卫生保健工作现况

摘　　要：目的了解武汉市托幼机构卫生保健工作现状,为政府制订相关部门管理方案提供依据。方法 2013年10月至2014年1月对武汉市17个辖区及其下属的区县、乡镇、农村登记在册共911所托幼机构的卫生保健现状进行问卷调查。结果武汉市托幼机构卫生保健工作存在地域级别差异,80.6%的市区级托幼机构取得了合格证,而区县、乡镇和农村托幼机构取得合格证比例分别为45.3%,58.3%和51.7%。各项指标随市级、区县级、乡级、村级有逐渐降低趋势。市区园所除个别卫生保健指标未达标外,其余各项指标普遍良好;区县园所存在保健医配备不合要求的问题,有医学学历的卫生保健人员占44%;乡、村级园所主要存在卫生基础设施欠缺、消毒措施不合理等问题,其中农村园所问题较为明显,21.8%的农村园所专用水龙头不达标,5.0%的园所使用化学消毒剂消毒。结论武汉市市区托幼机构总体卫生保健工作较为良好,对乡镇与农村托幼机构要加大投资和监管力度。Objective To determine current health care in kindergartens of Wuhan city. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in a total of 911 registered kindergartens in Wuhan＇s 17 districts and affiliated counties, towns, rural areas during October 2013 to January 2014. The Epi Data 3. 1 software was used for data entry and the SPSS 20. 0 software was used for analysis.Results There were significant differences in health care among kindergartens from different areas. In city,80. 6% kindergarten had certification,but the rate was 45. 3%,58. 3% and 51. 7% in district（ country）,towns and rural areas. Almost all indicators of health care decreased from urban to rural areas. The main problems in district-level kindergartens were the insufficient medical professionals. The main problems town and countryside-level kindergartens were lack of health care allocation and unqualified sterilization and disinfection, especially among rural kindergartens： 21. 8% special faucet did not meet the standard and 5. 0% kindergartens still used chemical sanitizer. Conclusion Health care is relatively satisfactory in urban kindergartens though continuous improvement is needed. Health care personnel and equipment should be strengthened especially among rural area kindergartens.
