摘　　要：目的探讨胡萝卜素软胶囊联合窄谱紫外线(NB-UVB)治疗进行性指掌角皮症的临床疗效。方法 112例进行性指掌角皮症患者,随机分为研究组与对照组,各56例。研究组采用胡萝卜素软胶囊联合NB-UVB治疗,对照组采取NB-UVB照射治疗。比较两组临床疗效、各症状评分差值及不良反应。结果研究组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者皮损面积、自觉病情程度、皮肤干燥、皮肤裂纹、皮肤皲裂、瘙痒感、疼痛感及活动受限改善程度较对照组明显(P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗过程中均未出现过敏性皮疹及全身不适等不良反应,研究组患者出现掌心微黄39例,无口干、脱发;对照组出现4例掌心色素沉着,停止治疗后逐渐恢复正常。结论胡萝卜素软胶囊联合NB-UVB治疗进行性指掌角皮症的临床疗效确切,并未发现严重不良反应,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate clincial effect by carotene soft capsules combined with narrow bound ultra violet B light（NB-UVB） in the treatment of keratodermia tgtods palmaris progressiva. Methods A total of 112 patients with keratodermia tgtods palmaris progressiva were randomly divided into research group and control group, with 56 cases in each group. The research group received carotene soft capsules combined with NBUVB irradiation for treatment, and the control group received NB-UVB irradiation for treatment. Clinical effects, symptom score differences and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The research group had obviously higher total effective rate than the control group（P〈0.05）. The research group had more obvious improvements of skin lesion area, perceived illness degree, dry skin, skin crack, chapped skin, pruritus, pain and limited motion than the control group（P〈0.05）. Both groups had no adverse reactions of allergic eruption and general discomfort during treatment. There were 39 cases in the research group with yellow palm, without dry mouth and alopecia. There were 4 cases in the control group with palm chromatosis, and they recovered after treatment. Conclusion Combination of carotene soft capsules and NB-UVB provides precisely clinical effect in treating keratodermia tgtods palmaris progressiva, without severe adverse reactions. This method is worth clinical promotion.
