单孔胸腔镜下NUSS手术治疗漏斗胸21例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨单孔胸腔镜下NUSS手术治疗漏斗胸的临床效果。方法回顾分析21例漏斗胸行单孔胸腔镜下NUSS手术患者的临床资料,观察治疗效果。结果 21例患者平均手术时间38 min,均于术后5~7 d出院。患者胸廓畸形明显改善,无明显并发症发生。结论单孔胸腔镜下NUSS手术治疗漏斗胸的临床效果显著。Objective To investigate clinical effect by single-port thoracoscopic NUSS operation in the treatment of funnel chest. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on clinical data of 21 funnel chest cases who received single-port thoracoscopic NUSS operation. Their curative effects were observed. Results The average operation time in the 21 cases was 38 min, and all patients were discharged from hospital in 5~7 d after operation. There was excellent improvement in thoracocyllosis of patients, without any obvious complications. Conclusion Single-port thoracoscopic NUSS operation provides remarkable effect in clinical treatment of funnel chest.
