摘  要:对表层嵌贴玄武岩复材筋加固桥面板进行试验研究,改变加固方式和不同支撑梁尺寸研究其对面板加固效果影响。通过对面板开裂形态、位移、混凝土和筋材应变进行全面分析,发现嵌入式加固能有效提高桥面板承载力,减小面板板底开裂程度和挠度,增强面板刚度。随着加固率增加和支撑梁变大,面板内压缩薄膜效应增强,面板由弯曲冲剪破坏转变为冲剪破坏。将试验承载力结果与已有加固结构承载力理论算法对比发现,由于没有考虑侧向约束的作用,已有理论算法无法准确计算出结构真实承载力。This study investigated the effectiveness of strengthening using near surface mounted basah fiber rod. The experimental variables were the strengthening configuration methods and the size of support beam. In this paper, the test results such as crack pattern, displacement and the strain values were studied and presented. It was found that this strengthening scheme could improve the load-carrying capacity and stiffness of the decks, also reduce the cracking degree and the deflection of the decks. With the increase in the strengthening ratio and the support beam size, the effect of compressive membrane action within the decks was enhanced. In addition, the failure mode was changed from flexural punching failure to shear punching failure. In comparison of the test results and the predicted bearing capacity of the strengthened structure by the theoretical methods from literatures, it was shown that the existing theoretic calculation methods could not accurately calculate the actual bearing capacity of the structure due to the fact that lateral constraint was not taken into account.
