摘  要:为研究螺栓端板连接方钢管柱的低周疲劳性能,进行了29个连接试件等幅位移循环加载试验,分析了以钢管管壁变形和螺栓塑性拉伸变形为主的两种典型破坏模式及其滞回特征,对比分析了连接的低周疲劳寿命,提出了描述该类连接构造损伤的分析模型。研究结果表明:以钢管管壁变形为主要破坏模式的试件具有一定耗能能力,而以螺栓塑性拉伸变形为主要破坏模式的试件表现出显著的承载力和刚度退化,耗能能力较低。当发生以钢管管壁变形为主的破坏时,连接件的低周疲劳寿命受构造几何参数影响较大。连接件折算应力幅与疲劳寿命的关系同GB 50017—2003《钢结构设计规范》中斜率为3的S-N曲线关系具有一定的可比性,可从偏于安全角度按7类细节类别来评价该类连接的低周疲劳寿命。针对连接件的破坏模式,采用刚度和耗能组合的损伤模型能较好地对其损伤发展过程进行预测。In order to investigate the low cycle fatigue behavior of the bolted endplate connections to square hollow section columns, 29 specimens were tested by cyclic loading tests with constant displacement amplitudes. Typical failure modes and hysteretic loops of the connection dominated by the behavior of steel tubes and bolts were analyzed. The damage model was proposed to predict the failure progress of such connections. The experimental results show that the failure mode featured by the tube wall deformation has certain energy dissipation capacity while that featured by the bolt plastic tension exhibits significant strength and stiffness degradation and low energy dissipation. When the tube wall deformation governed failure happens, the geometric parameters have great effects on the low cycle fatigue life of the connections. It is possible to compare the relation between the equivalent stress range versus life to the codified S-N curve of GB 50017--2003 when the linear slope of 3 is concerned. The low cycle fatigue life of this type of connections can be estimated to be of seventh details of category from the safe side. For the failure mode of the connection, the use of damage model with combined stiffness and energy ratios gives a good prediction of damage progress.
