摘　　要：本文聚焦农业转基因作物,在分析我国农业转基因作物安全监管所面临形势的基础上,梳理我国农业转基因作物安全管理的现状和成效。同时结合国外资料以及我国转基因粮食作物的典型数据进行比较分析,从安全评价过程、监管执法等环节对我国转基因作物安全问题进行了系统总结,归纳转基因作物产业化的影响因素,提出我国转基因粮食作物研发及产业化的建议。Under the trend of globalization and the internationalization of genetically modified crops,how to adjust and improve the existing regulatory policies of genetically modified crops is of great significance for promoting industrialization of genetically modified crops. Therefore,this paper focuses on agricultural genetically modified crops,based on the analysis of China's agricultural genetically modified crops in the situation of safety supervision,and analyze the status and effectiveness of China's agricultural genetically modified crops safety management. According to the typical data of foreign countries and China,this research summarize the safety issues of genetically modified crops in China from the aspects of safety evaluation,supervision and law enforcement,and induce the affecting factors of the industrialization of genetically modified crops. In the end,we discuss the strategies to improve the safety supervision of agricultural genetically modified crops in the future,in order to provide a reference for the national macro policy orientation and development.
