摘　　要：农业保险政策改革是美国2014年新农业法案中的重要议题。美国通过增加保险品种、提高保险金额、扩大保险覆盖面等多种措施构建更为健全、更能适应农业发展新要求的农业保险体系,以此巩固和扩大美国农业的优势地位。本文在分析了美国2014年新农业法案中农业保险政策改革的背景、主要特征、改革动向及政策意义的基础上,结合我国农业保险实践及现代农业发展新趋向,提出我国农业保险政策改革的建议。Agriculture insurance policy reform has been an important issue in USA 2014 farm bill development. US government has implemented some measures like expanding insurance coverage to perfect its agricultural insurance system,to consolidate the dominance position of its agriculture in the whole world. Based on the analysis of the agricultural insurance policy reform in the 2014 farm bill,this paper summarizes its main characteristics,reforming trend and policy implications; combining the Chinese agriculture insurance practice and the modern agricultural development status,this paper puts forward a few suggestions for agricultural insurance policy reform of China.
