摘　　要：该文回顾了甲状腺不同时期的功能特点,并列举和分析了可能的病理生理基础,同时介绍了早产儿甲状腺相关疾病。关于对早产儿甲状腺功能的认识,从甲状腺功能筛查、早产儿疾病诊断及治疗3个方面进行了讨论,并提出了争议以及需要解决的实际问题。In this paper, the functional characteristics of thyroid in different periods were reviewed, and the possible pathophysiological basis as well as thyroid related disease were listed and analyzed. The discussion included thyroid function screening, diagnosis and treatment of premature infants. In the end, some controversial views and practical problems needing to be solved were put forward.
