海淀区流动人口产后妇女避孕知识掌握及需求分析

摘　　要：目的 了解海淀区流动人口产后妇女对避孕知识的掌握及需求情况。方法 方便抽样选取北京海淀区流动人口较多的8所社区卫生服务中心预防保健科,利用调查问卷对1 124例流动人口产后1~1.5年的妇女进行回顾性调查。结果 有57.1%的流动人口产后妇女避孕知识得分低于8分（满分16分）,而文化程度不同,其避孕知识得分差异有统计学意义（t=-6.970,P=0.000〈0.05）;文化程度越高,避孕知识得分越高。有53.4%的人希望通过计生部门宣传获取避孕知识,有45.2%的人希望通过医务人员指导获取避孕知识,有43.4%的人希望通过网络获得避孕知识。结论 流动人口产后妇女避孕知识水平不高,文化程度高者避孕知识掌握较好;更期望通过计生部门宣传、医务人员指导和网络获取到避孕知识。Objective To investigate contraceptive knowledge and demand of postpartum women among floating population in Haidian District. Methods Eight community health service centers in Haidian District with high floating population were randomly selected for sample inspection. Retrospective survey was conducted among 1 124 postpartum women at 1 to 1. 5 years after giving birth with questionnaires among the floating population. Results There were 57.1% of the surveyed floating women obtaining less than 8 points on contraceptive knowledge score （full mark of 16 points）. There was statistical significance in contraceptive knowledge among population with different educational level （ t = - 6. 970, P = 0. 000 〈 0.05）. The higher the educational level, the higher score they received. There were 53.46/o postpartum women wishing to gain more contraceptive knowledge from the popularization of health and family plan sector,45.2 % wishing to receive more instructions from medical workers, and 43.4% wishing to gain knowledge from internet. Conclusion Contraceptive knowledge level of postpartum women among floating population is generally not high, and the higher the education level, the more contraceptive knowledge they have. Postpartum women of floating population would like to gain more contraceptive knowledge from health and family plan sector, medical workers and internet.
