六味葛蓝降脂片对小鼠急性经口毒性及遗传毒性的试验研究

摘　　要：目的开展六味葛蓝降脂片的遗传毒性和急性毒性试验,以评价其作为保健食品的毒理学安全性。方法根据《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》(原卫生部2003年版)食品安全性毒理学评价程序和检验方法的要求,进行急性经口LD50测定,通过小鼠精子畸形试验、小鼠骨髓微核试验及Ames试验评价其遗传毒性。结果六味葛蓝降脂片的急性经口LD50>30 g/kg;3项遗传毒性试验结果均为阴性。结论在本试验条件下,六味葛蓝降脂片急性经口毒性属无毒级,未见遗传毒性作用。Objective To determine the acute oral toxicity and genetic toxicity of Liuwei Gelan lipid-lowering tablets.Methods The acute oral LD50 test was performed,and the genetic toxicity was evaluated by mouse sperm abnormality test,bone marrow micronucleus test and Ames test according to the requirements of the 《health food inspection and evaluation of technical specifications》（formerly the Ministry of health in 2003 Edition） food safety toxicology evaluation procedures and test methods. Results The acute oral LD50 of Liuwei Gelan lipid-lowering tablets was greater than 30 g/kg.The genetic toxicity indicated by Ames test,micronucleus test of polychromatic erythrocytes in bone marrow and sperm shape abnormality test in mice was negative. Conclusion In our experimental condition,the acute toxicity of Liuwei Gelan lipid-lowering tablet is classified as non_toxic.Genetic toxicity is not found.
