摘 要:目的研究高通透量透析对尿毒症维持性血液透析患者血清HCY、β2-MG、Cys C的影响。方法选取2010年1月~2015年12月在我院接受维持性血液透析治疗的尿毒症患者80例,按随机数字表法将患者分为高通量组和低通量组,各40例,分别检测两组患者透析前及透析后3、6个月的血清HCY、β2-MG、Cys C含量,分析其变化。结果高通量组患者透析后血清HCY、β2-MG、Cys C水平较透析前明显下降(P均〈0.05),低通量组透析前后比较无明显变化(P均〉0.05),高通量组透析后血清HCY、β2-MG、Cys C水平明显低于低通量组(P均〈0.05)。结论高通量透析后尿毒症维持性血液透析患者血清HCY、β2-MG、Cys C水平显著下降。Objective To study the impact of high flux dialysis on the serum HCY,β2-MG and Cys C of uremia patients with maintenance hemodialysis. Methods 80 uremia patients with maintenance hemodialysis from January 2010 to December 2015 of our hospital were selected and were divided into high flux group and low flux group according to random number table.Each group was 40 cases.The serum HCY,β2-MG and Cys C content of maintenance hemodialysis patients were tested at pre-dialysis and 3,6 months after dialysis and the changes were compared. Results The serum level of HCY,β2-MG and Cys C in high flux group decreased obviously compared with before dialysis(all P0.05),while there were no obvious changes in low flux group(all P 0.05).The serum level of HCY,β2-MG and Cys C in high flux group was obvious lower than that in low flux group respectively when compared between two groups(all P0.05). Conclusion The serum HCY,β2-MG and Cys C level of uremia patients with maintenance hemodialysis decrease obvious after high flux dialysis.
