摘 要:目的研究注射用阿洛西林钠在不同p H下的5%葡萄糖注射液、10%葡萄糖注射液以及0.9%氯化钠注射液的配伍稳定性。方法将注射用阿洛西林钠分别溶于5%葡萄糖注射液、10%葡萄糖注射液以及0.9%氯化钠注射液,用HCl,Na OH调节其p H,共分为6组,测得各p H及对应p H下出现白色沉淀的量。对沉淀进行薄层色谱分析,称量并测定其氢谱,为沉淀定量定性。结果通过实验发现,5%葡萄糖注射液、10%葡萄糖注射液以及0.9%氯化钠注射液出现沉淀的p H值分别为4.92,4.90,4.90。结论注射用阿洛西林钠不稳定,出现沉淀,这种现象与配伍后溶液的p H有直接关系。在5%葡萄糖注射液中,溶液p H≤4.92时不稳定;在10%葡萄糖注射液,溶液p H≤4.90时不稳定;在0.9%氯化钠注射液中,溶液p H≤4.90时不稳定,且确定白色絮状沉淀为阿洛西林。Objective To study the compatible stability of azlocillin sodium for injection in different p H of 5% glucose injection,10% glucose injection and 0.9% sodium chloride injection. Methods Azlocillin sodium for injection was respectively dissolved into 5% glucose injection,10% glucose injection and 0.9% sodium chloride injection.p H was adjusted by using HCl and Na OH,and were divided inot 6 groups.p H and quantity of white precipitation that were appeared in corresponding p H were tested.The thin layer chromatography was used for precipitation.Then its weight was tested and hydrogen spectra was used to determine the nature of precipitation. Results It was found from the examination that p H was respectively 4.92, 4.90 and 4.90 for 5% glucose injection,10% glucose injection and 0.9% sodium chloride injection when appeared precipitation. Conclusion Azlocillin sodium for injection is not stable and with precipitation,this phenomenon has direct relation with p H of solution after compatibility.In 5% glucose injection,the solution is not stable when p H ≤4.92;in 10% glucose injection,the solution is not stable when p H ≤4.90;in 0.9% sodium chloride injection,the solution is not stable when p H≤4.90 and it is sure that the white floc is azlocillin.
