阿托伐他汀对冠心病患者血压变异性的影响研究

摘　　要：目的分析阿托伐他汀对冠心病患者血压变异性的影响。方法选取2012年3月~2014年3月我院收治的冠心病患者124例,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各62例。对照组予以常规方式进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用阿托伐他汀进行治疗,治疗维持6个月,治疗结束后对两组的24 h动态血压及血压变异性（BPV）进行监测、比较。结果治疗前两组的动态血压各项指标差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗后,观察组动态血压各项指标与本组治疗前以及对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗前两组患者BPV各项指标差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗后观察组BPV各项指标下降,与本组治疗前以及对照组治疗后比较,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。结论阿托伐他汀可有效改善冠心病患者的血压变异性,降低不良心血管事件发生风险,临床上可应用于冠心病的辅助治疗。Objective To analyze the influence of atorvastatin on the blood pressure variability of patients with coronary heart disease（CHD）. Methods 124 patients with CHD from March 2012 and March 2014 in our hospital were selected,and divided into control group and observation group randomly,62 cases in each group.The control group were treated with conventional treatment,the observation group were treated with atorvastatin on the basis of control group.All patients were treated for 6 months.The 24 h ambulatory blood pressure and blood pressure variability（BPV） of patients in two groups were compared after treatment. Results The ambulatory blood pressure indexes and blood pressure variability（BPV） of patients in two groups before treatment had no significant difference（P0.05）.The ambulatory blood pressure indexes and blood pressure variability（BPV） of observation group after treatment were better than those of control group and before treatment in observation group significantly（all P0.05）. Conclusion Atorvastatin can improve blood pressure variability of patients with CHD effectively and reduce the risk of adverse cardiovascular events,can be applied to the treatment of CHD in clinic.
