摘  要:水库水温预测是水利水电工程环评报告中难度较大、技术性较强的工作,开展技术复核可以从技术层面客观、公正地评价环评报告中环境影响预测部分的预测方法和评价结论。通过分析水库水温预测存在的问题,结合水利水电工程水温影响预测研究工作及技术评估要求,依据地表水环境影响评价技术导则,同时结合水利水电工程环评及技术审查要求,提出水库水温预测及技术复核要点,并进一步提出水库水温预测研究工作的几点想法,以期为水利水电工程水温预测及技术评估提供参考。Water temperature prediction of reservoir is a work of much difficulties and complex technical skills in the EIA reports of water conservancy and hydro-power engineering. Technical review can provide an objective and fair evaluation on the prediction approach and conclusions from a technical perspective. The problems in water temperature prediction of reservoir were analyzed,in consideration of the requirements on research and technical evaluation on water temperature prediction of hydraulic and hydro-power engineering,according to the technical guidelines of surface water environmental impact assessment. Meanwhile,on base of the requirements on environmental influence evaluation and technical review for hydraulic and hydro-power engineering,key points of prediction and technical review for water temperature of reservoir were raised. Further,some ideas on predication and research of water temperature of reservoir were given as references for prediction and technical evaluation of water temperature in hydraulic and hydro-power engineering.
