摘 要:针对我国采煤沉陷水域利用方式单一、治理成效不高的现状,提出借助漂浮建造开发建设用地,解决其治理利用问题。通过计算机对实地环境进行模拟,运用三维数字化分析,得出漂浮建造的形态模型和规划布局:单元式漂浮模块可按需组合,结合组团式规划和设施配备构成有机体系。确定由中空的漂浮基座承载构筑物,结合牵拉或桩基方式系泊限位。经结构设计验算,得出基座平面为正方形,与上部构筑物平面面积比为1:3,顶板、侧板和底板的厚度分别为100,250,400mm。As for unilateral utilization pattern and less effective treatment of mining subsidence water area, this research proposed to explore construction land by floating construction. With the help of computer simulation and three-dimensional digital model analysis, the planning layout and shape models of floating construction was designed that the floating units were constructed into the organic system consisting of group-type planning and facilities as required. To confirm the floating construction scheme: structures were loaded by the hollow floating foundation and fixed by pile foundation or traction. Geometrically, the foundation with square plane covered the area about three times the size of the superstructure. The roof, side panel and baseplate were 100mm, 250mm and 400mm thick respectively.
