摘　　要：乡镇卫生院是我国农村三级医疗预防保健网的枢纽,为农村居民提供基本医疗和公共卫生等服务,其评审工作伴随着我国医院等级评审工作一起开始。回顾了乡镇卫生院评审的历史发展和评审规程,重点介绍了新时期乡镇卫生院评审的实践,并提出了新时期乡镇卫生院评审应注意的问题,为新时期乡镇卫生院评审提供参考。Township health centers （THCs） are the hinge of the three tier health care network in rural areas of China, providing basic medical and public health services for rural residents. Accreditation of THC has developed in tandem with the development of the hospital accreditation. This paper summarizes the history and procedure of Accreditation of THC, and introduces the practice of THC accreditation at present. It puts forward problems that be noticed, and provides references for the accreditation of THC during new period.
