摘 要:[目的]研究医务人员职业疲竭感与心血管疾病危险因素的关系,为预防心血管疾病提供理论基础。[方法]通过职业疲竭感调查问卷、抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表、健康体检、精神压力分析仪得出数据。[结果]调查150名医务人员,分为有职业疲竭感和无职业疲竭感两组,有职业疲竭感组94人,无职业疲竭感组56人。无职业疲竭感组情感耗竭、人格解体、个人成就感、抑郁、焦虑、胆固醇、血压、心电图、硬度指数、生理压力指数、心理压力指数、功能年龄差均低于有职业疲竭感组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]职业疲竭感可以增加医务人员发生心血管疾病的几率。Objective Study the relationship of risk factors of job burnout and cardiovascular disease in medical staffs so as to provide theoretic basis for preventing cardiovascular disease. Methods Obtained data through job burnout questionnaire, depression self rating scale, anxiety self - assessment scale, physical examination, mental stress analyzer meter. Results Investigatedl50 medical staffs, divided into two groups of job burnout and without job burnout, there were 94 staffs in job burnout group, and 56 staffs were in without job burnout. The difference of emo- tional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal accomplishment, depression, anxiety, cholesterol, blood pressure, electrocardiogram, hardness index, physiological pressure index, the index of psychological stress, functional age in without job burnout are lower than what in job burnout group, There was statistical significance in difference (P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusions Job burnout can increases the risk of cardiovascular disease in medical staff.
