摘　　要：少数民族人口流动受多方面的因素影响。基于学术界已有的研究成果,依托问卷调查资料,从宏观与具体的外在层面分析少数民族人口流动的原因。认为少数民族人口流动在宏观层面与户籍制度、城乡二元结构、劳动力转移需求以及人口流动的示范效应密切相关,在微观层面则与谋求经济收入、文化一致性以及自身的心理因素紧密相连,从综合层面才能全面理解少数民族人口流动的影响因素。厘清少数民族人口流动的原因对促进民族人口流动、加强各民族群众在城市场域中交往交流交融有着重要的意义。The migration of the ethnic population is affected by many factors.Based on the existing research results in the academic field and the questionnaire survey data,we analyze the reasons for the movement of ethnic population from the macroscopic and specific external levels.From macroscopic aspect,we think that the migration of the ethnic population is closely related to household registration system,urban-rural dual structure,the demand of labors' shifting and the migration of demonstration effect.And on a microscopic level,it is closely connected with seeking economic income,cultural congruity and theirs own psychological factors.Therefore we can fully understand the effect factors of the movement of ethnic population from the comprehensive levels.So clarifying the reasons for the mobility of ethnic population has important significance for pushing the floating of population and strengthening the communication and exchanging of all ethnic groups in the city field.
