摘　　要：吐蕃王朝在倡兴佛教和兴建寺院的过程中,在寺院的修建、僧迦组织的建立、寺院管理人员的任命、寺院经济的扶持等方面,采取了许多有针对性的措施,对于当时吐蕃佛教及其寺院的发展起到了十分积极的作用。文章利用相关汉译藏文史籍,对吐蕃王朝时期的佛教寺院管理做了初步探讨。In the course of initiating Buddhism and building monasteries.Tibetan Dynasty took many objective measures in the ways of temples' building,establishment of Buddhist monks' organizations,appointment of administrative personnel in Buddhist temples,supporting of temples' economy.All these measures played a very positive role to the development of Buddhism and it's temples in Tibetan Dynasty.By using some related Tibetan historical records translated into Chinese,this article makes a preliminary discussion on the administration of Buddhist temples during Tibetan Dynasty.
