摘　　要：近年来,伴随着高校的扩张和社会经济的快速发展,大学生就业形势越来越严峻。大学生就业,关乎大学生自身利益、高等教育的发展、用人单位的办事效率与社会的和谐安定。因此,加强对大学生就业困境分析与对策研究有着至关重要的意义。认真剖析大学生就业困境,对其进行主、客观因素的分析,并从政府、高等院校、用人单位、大学生自身四个角度出发,提出解决大学生就业困境的对策与建议。Along with the expansion of colleges and the rapid development of social economy in the past few years,college students' employment situation has been more and more serious. The employment of college students is tightly related to their own interests as well as the development of higher education and the efficiency of employing units as well as social stability. Therefore,strengthening college students' employment situation analysis and countermeasure research means a lot. Analyze carefully college students' employment difficulties from the subjective factors and objective factors. Also,puts forward the suggestions on college students' employment difficulties from the four perspectives: the government,colleges and universities,unit of choose and working units,college students themselves.
