摘　　要：GF气冲造型线对型砂性能有很高的要求。本文分析气冲造型过程中型砂水分、紧实率、湿压强度以及含泥量等因素对不同产品的影响,总结GF造型线对型砂性能的要求及调整措施。GF air impact molding line has very highrequirements on the sand properties. Is analyzed in this paper on airimpact molding process molding sand moisture, compactability, wetcompression strength, effects of factors such as mud containing ofdifferent products, GF moulding line of molding sand performancerequirements and the adjustment measures are summarized.
